Welcome to Think 3D! By participating in our hackathon or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fair play, transparency, and a safe environment for all participants and users. Please read them carefully.

  • Participation is open to college students with a valid student ID card.
  • Team registrations are mandatory, with team sizes ranging between [minimum size] and [maximum size].
  • Individual entries are permitted only if explicitly allowed in the event guidelines.
  • Registration must be completed through the official Think 3D website or designated platforms.
  • All required fields, such as participant details and team information, must be accurately completed.
  • Once registration is confirmed, no changes can be made to team composition without prior approval from organizers.

All participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Treat fellow participants, mentors, and judges with respect.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Teams must work on original ideas. Plagiarism or use of pre-existing projects without proper acknowledgment is prohibited.
  • All projects created during Think 3D remain the intellectual property of the respective teams or individuals.
  • By submitting your project, you grant Think 3D permission to showcase your work for event promotion, reporting, and educational purposes.
  • Teams are responsible for ensuring no copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights are violated in their projects.
  • Think 3D is a 12-hour design-focused hackathon. Teams are expected to brainstorm, design, and develop solutions based on societal benefit themes.
  • A panel of judges will evaluate projects based on originality, impact, feasibility, and presentation.
  • The judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
  • Participants must use the facilities (both online and offline) responsibly. Any damage or misuse will be the responsibility of the team involved.
  • For offline participants, bring your own laptops, software, and hardware unless otherwise provided.
  • If you do not have a laptop, shared resources may be made available but are not guaranteed.
  • Think 3D offers both online and offline participation modes. Select your mode during registration; changes will not be accommodated post-confirmation.
  • Offline participants must follow all venue rules and safety guidelines.
  • Online participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection for smooth participation.
  • Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Use of unpermitted third-party assistance during the event.
  • Any attempts to hack or disrupt the event platform.
  • Winners will be announced at the end of the event. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to registered team members only.
  • Think 3D reserves the right to withhold or modify prizes in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Think 3D will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of participation in the event or use of the website.
  • Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings during offline events and the integrity of their data during online events.
  • Think 3D reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website, and continued participation implies acceptance of these changes.
