End participant registrations and encourage last-minute sign-ups during the final week.
Review participant applications to ensure eligibility and curate teams if required. Send confirmation emails to all selected participants.
Publish the list of selected participants and provide event details, guidelines, and schedules.
Conduct virtual or offline orientation sessions:
- Introduce event objectives, rules, judging criteria, and technical requirements.
- Provide access to mentors and online resources for early ideation.
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Participant Check-In
- 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Welcome address, event theme announcement, and keynote speech.
- 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM: Teams brainstorm and develop their solutions with mentor guidance.
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Teams submit their prototypes and final presentations.
- 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Teams showcase their solutions to the panel of judges.
- 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Announce winners, distribute prizes, and thank participants.
Send participation certificates, collect feedback, and publish post-event content (photos, videos, and results).
Share an event summary report acknowledging sponsors, participants, and key achievements. Also there will be announcement of next Think 3D Session.
